Meditation is the basis of our spiritual practice, where we connect with the whole, the divine ideas, and where we can experience oneness, feel the divine presence, the living Christ in us.
The meditation
is the Bridge
to connect with
our divinity
The biggest obstacle is lack of discipline.
Silence is the exercise to perceive God’s activity in me.
The biggest obstacle is lack of discipline.
Meditation is a training for the mind and heart that carries greater mental and emotional freedom. It is usually associated with the most important spiritual traditions, especially Buddhism, but more recently in the West it has adapted to secular contexts, including healing..
The meditations techniques that I teach are very simple and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of their beliefs , or their health or physical condition.
We are not talking about “controlling your mind” or having complex visualizations. but about a mere training to become more aware of your breathing and its benefits, and to go through your experiences with a kind, warm, and caring attitude. This way, you will create a sense of choice that can free you from feeling victimized by habits and impulses.
